Why we ask about the duty first
Take the same "pH measurement": a fluoride-bearing medium, high-purity water, 80 °C service and a solids-laden slurry need four different electrodes, and the price differs threefold. We ask first so that you do not buy the wrong one.
Response time
Normally we return a preliminary configuration proposal within 24 hours on business days;
complex duties need a process interview, typically 2–3 business days.
